By accessing or using Power Watch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Power Watch provides a remote power monitoring service using Android phone sensors ("Service"). The Service infers power status based on the charging state of the device. You acknowledge that this method depends on the reliability of the device, its internet connection, and the charging hardware.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). You may cancel your Subscription at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Power Watch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Power Watch is not a replacement for professional industrial monitoring systems where failure could result in injury or significant financial loss.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
